Occupied Staging and Design...

$250 - CONSULTATION AND DETAILED STAGING REPORT


In this comprehensive and fun two-hour consultation, we will be using a detailed Staging Report/Checklist to write down everything that needs to be done to get the home the best price possible!

  • We start with a phone interview, so I can research your buyer demographic and prepare for our Consultation time
  • Using a photo-filled, detailed staging checklist we walk through the home and discuss optimal, BIG return-on-investment, staging strategies that are designed to have big, emotional impact on your buyers
  • The detailed report also includes my essential "Open House Checklist" and "Closet Organization Checklist"

(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

$600 - POWER STAGING AND MINI-MAKEOVER


This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically staging the main areas of the home based upon the Staging Report recommendations.

  • We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  • I will bring in gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
  • We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to four hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

$900 - ULTIMATE POWER STAGING AND ONE-DAY, HOME MAKE-OVER


Do you have a larger home (over 2000 square feet) that could use more than a few hours of work?  No problem!

  • We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  • I will bring in gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
  • We will work for up to 7 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to seven hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)


SHOPPING SERVICES AND TRADE DISCOUNTS

Remember that we are EXPERT SHOPPERS who can save you tons of time and money because we know WHERE and WHAT to shop for, as well as get a "to the trade" discount at many places!  Hire Us to "Shop for You"  - $50/Hr.


VACANT HOME STAGING SOLUTIONS


Houses that are EMPTY are: cold, unwelcoming and take much longer to sell (on average 6-9 months longer than staged homes.)  Adding furniture & accessories showcases a home's size; shows buyers how their furniture will fit in a space; and creates emotional connections, so buyers will make an offer quickly & for TOP dollar!  We specialize in turning houses into homes!  Here's how:

  • Starting with a home assessment, we deliver a proposal that provides a budget-friendly solution to stage the most popular rooms 
  • Utilize the most up-to-date trends and design styles that appeal to a broad market of buyers for your property type
  • We use top quality furnishings in order to achieve that model home look that guarantees a buyer will "fall in love" & make an offer
  • Our packages include, full-design, delivery, installation, pick-up and clean-up. A fully turn-key solution so your property sells quickly and for the highest price!
