Design Consultation
$250 - Consultation & Report for the "DIY" with an Eye for Design
In this intensive in-home consultation, we will be using a detailed and customized Design Report to write down everything that needs to be done in the main areas of your home so you can use it to guide you through your own transformation. This service is for the Do-It-Yourself person and is designed to give you all the objective, expert advice you need to do the hands-on work yourself. You will receive a very detailed, and customized design report.
The consultation can take up to 2 hours and we will cover the following:
- Detailed phone interview in order to completely understand your project, style and preferences
- Recommended furniture placement and flow
- De-cluttering, rearranging & optimizing space in each room
- Highlighting architectural features and freshening-up each room
- Lighting, window treatments and accessory arrangement
- You will have access to trade discounts on furniture, lighting, window treatments, and accessories should you need to purchase. This means LOTS of costs savings since you'll pay far less buying through us than you will on your own.
- Color advice and emotional connection points in each space, so you LOVE the look and feel of your new space.
- You will walk away with all the answers, a Priority Shopping List and an Exclusive Vendor List to help you complete the design process to set you on your way to a gorgeous looking home!
(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $75 hourly rate)
$600 - POWER STYLING AND MINI-MAKEOVER
This design service is all about rolling up our sleeves, following the detailed Design Report and working together to start rearranging the main areas of the home. You won’t believe the difference a few hours makes just using what you already own! And if you need to purchase items, we'll wait until all furnishings and accessories are in-hand before we begin.
This service can take up to 4 hours and includes:
- Kitchen design and organizastional strategies
- Main living area design and emotional connection point set-up
- Main bathroom design
- If time permits, we'll tackle other key living areas
- I will bring in design accessories to give you a "visual shopping list" of what to purchase for modernizing your home.
- If needed, I'll advise on sourcing/purchasing of items needed and you will benefit from deep discounts I can provide
- When we are finished, you will have spaces that you LOVE, you connect with and that functions for your lifestyle. The result will be a cohesive wonderful home to enjoy with your family!
Ideally, we'll shop together at Home Goods, so that we can get fresh pillows, accessories and furnishings for each space, so that the transformation will be dramatic & fun!
$900 - ONE-DAY - HOME MAKE-OVER
Do you have a larger home with more than a few hours of work that needs to be done? No problem! This service simply extends our time together to include a day of rolling up our sleeves, following our detailed Design Report and tackling the main areas of the home. It includes everything from above, and extends the time we are together. Ideally when your space is larger than 2000 sq ft. this option will work best for you.

$100/Hour -Designing your perfect space
We'll work together to imagine and create the MOST beautiful, welcoming and functional spaces that you will LOVE for years to come. $50/Hour -Shopping
We'll create a budget and shop for those accessories that add the WOW factor to each space in your home. I'm an expert in sourcing the best items at the most reasonable prices. I believe you don't have to spend a lot to have beautiful spaces; you just have to find the right partner who can help. And, if you budget doesn't allow for a comprehensive make-over project, we can work hourly to help you selecting flooring, paint, furniture or accessories.
