About Carolyn

As a graduate of the University of Delaware, I started college studying design, but quickly realized I needed a degree in business to understand what it takes to build a successful company. I’m a wife and mother of two beautiful girls, two Standard Poodles, a horse and a host of smaller pets, so I understand how busy our lives & homes can be. Time and family are precious and limited, so during your downtime, my hope is that you LOVE your home and that it may be a place of comfort and sanctuary where friends and family gather to make lots of happy memories.

After a successful 20+ year career in the healthcare field, and building 2 successful businesses with my amazing husband, I decided to follow my heart and become a home stager and designer. I earned my certification from Home Staging Resource (HSR) Company. I also belong to RESA, (Real Estate Staging Association), the only nationally recognized and independent home staging association for real estate and staging professionals. This gives me access to the latest trends and techniques in staging and redesign. In other words, what’s hot and what sells! I’ll incorporate that knowledge and skill set into delivering results for you…..a quick resale and beautiful redesign of your new home. I’m also certified as a color expert, which means I can help you select the BEST colors for your home or project! Holding a certification in eDesign, I can design rooms remotely allowing clients to be involved with the project from start to finish. I’ve invested time, energy and money into the profession that I love, and I look forward to bringing that knowledge and passion into your next project!

About Shelli 

Shelli Griswold brings a lifetime of experience in art & design, and we are thrilled to have her as part of the Carolyn Plummer Designs Team!  Classically trained in fine art, Shelli has been a graphic designer for over 25 years. She worked for one of the largest Staging companies in the Seattle, WA area for many years before joining Carolyn Plummer Designs in the Fall of 2022. She is absolutely passionate about staging, and it shows in her work!  Shelli built several successful businesses in Seattle, WA and Portland, OR areas flipping houses, house painting and faux finishing.  Not only does Shelli bring her extensive artistic and staging experience to our team, but she also understands what it takes to run a business and interact with clients.

Shelli is a wife, mom, and grandma who loves to do freelance commissioned murals and custom art pieces.  She loves to exercise and has a passion for travel. We are so excited to welcome Shelli and look forward to all the knowledge she can impart to grow Carolyn Plummer Designs.
